He perpetrated the racism in the underground to where it splintered into culture thief heaven.

I recall having to correct you on matters of rock and rap. So no matter how authoritatively you try to sound, I don't believe you (you need more people).

That's the the thing. You HAVE POSTED about rock. And were corrected in an egregious error.

Search for you saying this (I don't have to, as I know you posted it): "smashing pumpkins took their sound from nirvana." I corrected you, because that's insane ... you backed off quick and stood corrected with some excuse. In short, you DID discuss and post about rock music, you WERE COMPLETELY WRONG, but you still tried to sound authoritative. And I had to slow you down and correct you. It happens.

Not a big deal except when you try to sound like the benchmark of credibility. But you insist on continuing the charade. If it makes you happy, keep doing it I guess.

You can take it personal if you want. I disagree with you on that album, and I think you're citing some personal bitterness to conflate co-flow/slug/et al with some racist movement within (or outside of) hip hop.

I'm not suggesting that movement never existed, but I do think your placing blame on the wrong artists. But, like I said, in my discussions with you, I'm used to these kind of errors disguised as facts.

I don't think it's fair to blame El-P and Jux for the snotty, elitist and closet-racist underground culture that prevailed in the early 00s...

The Internet was giving a lot of whites a platform to speak on rap, and a lot of the college based, arts graduates integrating into hip-hop through the underground was because shyt like Co Flow appealed to pedantic, academic types, and didn't really crossover into the "hood" even though Vast Aire had the prototype NY delivery and cadence for that time, he could have fit right in with mixtape scene if he wasn't associated with Jux

Rhymesayers, Anticon, Def Jux, Eastern Conference, Uncle Howie, Jedi Mind Tricks etc... All had pedantic, elitist types gravitating to them but I don't blame the music and artists so much as the climate and Zeitgeist of that era
