People forget that teachers have to compete with each other to get jobs in better school districts, a lot of these people aren't teaching in Baltimore cause they have some dangerous minds/stand and deliver type fetish... these are the only jobs available for them.


Not to mention, an entire generation of college graduations are only in education because it allowed them student loan forgiveness...not cause they had a desire to get into education.

Teachers would much rather take their talents to Calvert,Howard and PG county.... But Baltimore specifically has systemic issues that you wouldn't be able to fix even if they had a surplus of teachers.

What i think is going to happen next is mass collusion like at Ballou or down in Atlanta, just for some type of symbolic victory in light of this type of failure..
