Mon/wed/Fr...1 to 1/.5 hours lifting...no cardio

damn thats wassup my nikka do thang

why no cardio tho?

thats wat i prolly need to work on if i hit the gym i smoke too much man
i feel it when i be running/fukking/hooping a nikka breath be short man smh

I agree...I used to play flag football...and I would get all my cardio from there....I cut back drastically on my smoking....my logic is I dont want anything that can burn calories except when Im fukking...

When I get to 195-200 I may just get on the cardio

That's exactly how I am too, I hope later in life as I age I begin to fill out nicely tho:to:

smoke all day, yet doctors check my lungs and think im some all state track/ cross country running Usain Bolt ass nikka :wow:


i've noticed that whenever i do work out that i get cut really quick so that's made me lazy cuz im always like "i can work out for a month or so and get my body right no problem :yeshrug:"

been thinkin about getting back into it seriously but i eat like shyt :dead:

Friends i implore you to get on your burpees grind. Please start doing 50 burpees a night until its boring and then step up to 100.
