A nicca has had the hyper metabolism ever since the 80's...

I was at 155-160 status all up in high school...even barely crackin 165 at 6'1 in the college days...

Turn 31 in a few weeks....at 6'2 and 185...and gaining....lifting 3 days a week faithfully since last Dec...nicca wearing shirts that accent the shoulders and chest and shyt...whores givin compliments...:wow:
My dad said he didnt hit 180 till he was 30..now he 6'4 250 at

But im like my pops. His pics back in the day its like looking in the mirror..always told me dont sweat it he didnt start gaining weight till he was in his 30s. Its slowly coming on tho a nikka gain like a pound a yr.

I didn't start making consistent gains in weight until I started consistently taking protein along with working out. I've been in the gym for the past few years now, and I've always been in shape from playing sports my entire life, but I never lifted until I got to college.

I'm usually in the gym 4 to 5 times a week. I'm 5'10 at 167.8 (just checked)... but before I started on the protein I would just fluctuate in the 150-155 range.

I'm not concerned with getting big as fukk though, I'm really just trying to get to 175 and see where I'm at.

Right now I can bench 225 a few times (on last set)
Squat and dead lift 315

There's a gang of other stuff I do at the gym, but I think those are respectable for my body weight.
