I was between 108 and 115 from like high school until I was 23. :wow: Heaviest I had ever been was 120. In eight grade. :wow: Since then I've gotten to like 165. My weight has hovered between 150 and 165 for the past couple of years.

I was skinny as fukk during high school as well I only put on a bit of weight my junior and senior year when I started to box Red Brick gym but even then I was probably around 130 tops

Gaining weight by lifting and shyt that's whats up

But gaining weight by being lazy/eating too much and looking like LH by the time u 30 aint cool

Gaining larry holmes aint a good look at all but the one time in life I did it turned my mouthpiece into a beast so I cant even say Im mad about it

i've noticed that whenever i do work out that i get cut really quick so that's made me lazy cuz im always like "i can work out for a month or so and get my body right no problem :yeshrug:"

This shyt a gift and a curse. Its like you never in a rush to get "there" cause you know how close the finish line is once you try for real

I remember being in my 190's and looking skinny years ago because of my height(im 6'3). First time I really started working out was for sports. I went from doing 2 pushups to a 100+ burpees. Started eating like a hog and got up to a solid 215. Ever since I finished college and been working I got up to about 224-226. I used to go 6 days a week(usually 4 days lifting, and 2 days running or playing basketball for hours at the gym) and then resting on sunday. Now I can only work out 4 days a week for like a hour and a half each session. :wow: Oh well, rather have muscle and a lil body fat then be too skinny. :manny:
