These companies are making BANK off DLC alone. 2K could make MyCareer a seperate game, charge $25.00 for the full game and make the same money.

My issue with "optional" perks, is; you want me to pay for something...what are you taking out of the game to charge for it?

I do not believe you should be charging people for stuff that does not take "extra labor" to make.

I do not believe you should be charging people for stuff that "saves time" or "makes the game easy" Make a damn 'Easy Mode.'

AC:Odyssey (excellent game) is grindy and long as hell. I beat two games while playing three together. But, I'm sure I'd be done with this game 75 hours in if I paid the extra $10 for the 'XP Boost'.

You'd get a game and that's it. They were gonna update with the bugs and all that, but you got a complete game. IF they wanted to give you DLC, they'd put out a completely new disc/game/standalone extra, that you can buy, and there was some more game for you.

Now they literally making a whole game, then picking out parts of it to make you pay for. Then making you pay up front, for more of the game, before you ever see it, like it, want it, or even played the original game. They got us out here PREORDERING the POST GAME of a game that isn't even released yet... On top of selling us shyt to beat the game, and our online friends, for hundreds of dollars a pop.

Buy $100 deluxe package...the game company makes a billion dollars, still allow them to nickel and dime you after you bough it

Make game systems always online...charge for multiplayer "services"...the devs "update" games so you don't have to guarantee quality at launch

We still preordering games for digital trinkets...and fukk up stores if we can't get our money back for games that ain't good, that we paid for months before release

"Give them time" to improve games they've been working on for years, hyping them up

And defend us critique like you own stock..."it's not even that serious"

Watch reviews and gameplay and be naive enough to think YouTubers/Twitcher aren't getting a bag to play a game hours and days on end

And after all the complaining, still play with your system connected to the internet as the companies see the engagement numbers to justify all the bullshyt

Complain a year later, holding out hope the games will improve

Or in lesser words. Gamers are Hoes and the companies are the Pimps. Which is exactly why I stopped buying games back in 2011.

You are a retard. Back in the day we bought games for the same price and finished them in 3 hours. Now we get to play the same game for 3 years with content updates. You have to be going full retard not to understand this is the greatest deal you can get. People have thousands of hours logged in these games for less than $140 for 3 years.. You cant even go to the movies for 3 years with $140.. This is basically cheap entertainment. Stop bytching like a hoe and enjoy your games..

Starting to feel like this myself. All that Spider-Man DLC dropped and for as much as I enjoyed the game...I'm was done with it when the credits rolled

Yup. I only paid under $10 to get Spider-Man last fall but I be damn if I pay another $25 for extra DLC missions. I had trade-in some games last month at BB. I wasn't thinking at the time should have gotten rid of that as well and put it towards MK 11.
