I felt like dark souls was a step down from demons, and dark souls 2 was a step down from dark souls.

Bloodborne looks :wow: the true successor to demons souls.

Yeah dark souls 2 was a step down single player wise but it has he best coop/pvp of the 3 which is what keeps me coming back

Skyrim really had me looking at every game not L4D, Halo, Street Fighter, Bomberman and Rainbow Six like :what:(those games were only games that held my attention via vs. modes)

Haven't played a JRPG that I enjoyed since completing P4G.

Zero's Escape: Virtue's Last Reward had me swearing off anything not a visual novel styled game.

First time I played N+ my whole library was :flabbynsick: for a good week. My RSV squad nearly disowned me cause I wasn't fukking with them on Vegas.

I forgot about this game :banderas:

I tried Danganronpa right after and it was alright but not as good.

Persona 4 ruined Final Fantasy for me. I remember the game coming out & my brother telling me to get it. Gave him the :scust:look. Told him to :camby:and get it yourself. After hesitating to play it for months I finally gave in:snoop: Once it was all over tho:mjcry: Game is beautiful brehs:blessed: the characters:blessed:the music:dj2:
Everything was just so:banderas:
Ever since then I just can't touch an FF game :scust: when I bought FF XIII I returned that shyt with the quickness and went back to P4. My hype towards FF15 is :manny: while Persona 5 is my most anticipated game right now.

Persona 4 ruined Final Fantasy for me.
I don't see how. These are two different style games. Persona is a traditional turn based game and Final Fantasy has moved away from that. I like the battle system and mechanics of FFXIII better than Persona 4. Persona 4 for the most part is about what level you are and if you're the right level you can win without having to use strategy. In XIII you have to tailor how you approach a boss and you can't really power level past anything like you can in Persona.

:snoop:

Persona 4 was fun, FFXIII wasn't.

They're both JRPGS. One was a let down and a backwards step from it's original outings, the other was a slept on classic.

You can complicate things and go the whole "Persona 4 is this while FF is that" but it doesn't matter. At the end of the game, I had a much better time and memory with Persona 4 Golden then I did with FFXIII. The overall experience was rich in Persona 4 Golden. I don't care about the convoluted battle system, it requiring "tactics to approach bosses" doesn't mean much when the majority of the game you're not fighting bosses and the game around it is bland (story, characters, world etc.)

Sorry, FFXIII literally ruined FFXV for me. I have practically no hype for it while Persona 4 has me on the edge of my seat in anticipation for 5.
