Just two games:
Trails Through Daybreak II
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth

Working on Lunar Remastered now. I don't know if I'll ever play Expedition 33 again after finishing Act 2 a week or so after it came out I put the controller down and haven't wanted to play it since.

1. Onimusha Warlords (Playstation Portal) (7.5/10)
2. Crypt Custodian (Playstation Portal) (8/10)
3. Steamworld Heist 2 (Playstation Portal) (8/10)
4. Tails of Iron 2 (Playstation Portal) (7/10)
5. Momodora: Moonlit Farewell (Playstation Portal) (8/10)
6. Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza (Playstation Portal) (7/10)
7. Dynasty Warriors Origins (Playstation Portal) (8.5/10)
8. Suikoden 1: HD Remaster (Playstation Portal) (8.5/10)
9. Blue Prince (Playstation Portal) (8/10)
10. Clair Obscur (Playstation Portal) (9/10)
11. Into The Restless Ruins (Playstation Portal) (6/10)
12. Star Wars: Outlaws (Playstation Portal) (+ Wild Card & A Pirate's Fortune DLC) (7/10)

13. Pipistrello and the Cursed Yoyo (Playstation Portal) (8/10)

Not much to be said here, game is a zelda-like with metroidvania style traversal moves built in. Difficulty is pretty good throughout with the exception of a couple of stupidly tanky and protracted bosses. Art-style is pretty cool, decent enemy variety and plenty of exploration and shyt to find in the overworld. About 15 hours to mainline but there appears to be a lot of additional stuff so a really good value purchase. One negative is the hitbox detection is clunky imo, and so there is too much "funny" dialogue in it.

I’ve been mostly old school so far this year:
Adventures of Lolo 2 NES
Golden Axe - Genesis
Super Mario World - SNES
Zelda: A Link to the Past - SNES
Final Fantasy 7 PS4 version of PS1 game
Super Mario Bros (don’t really want to count this) - NES
Ripto’s Rage PS1
Spyro: Year of the Dragon PS1

Red Dead Redemption PS4
Star Wars: Jedi Survivor PS5
Pac Man World Re PAC PS5
Sea of Stars PS5

Still haven’t played Indiana Jones, Silent Hill 2, Death Stranding (before copping DS2) or any of the PSVR2 games like Hitman or Madison that are in my back log, but I’ll eventually get to them.

Depends on what type of game you fukk with but the Pipistrello and Steamworld games are objectively the best games that work well on the Portal on that list.

Suikoden 1 and 2 as well since you seem to be into JRPGs.

I’ll definitely check out Pipistrello and Steamworld Heist. I finished Suikoden 1 and 2 back to back a few years ago so it might be a minute before I play those again, but the portal has definitely been my go to for JRPGs.
