All jokes aside, if you make some decent money(50k+, no debt), you should look into buying property in the B-More ghettos. It may not look it now, but those houses will be hot commodities in 10-30 yrs, so just buy it and sit on it till the neighborhood gets gentrified. Plus you can prob get those homes for 100k or less. If you think I'm bs'ing, look at Harlem and DC 20+ years ago. Those are future gold mines folks, people love those old style homes and eventually people gon start moving to BMore, just slowly renovate it and rent it out when the neighborhood is hot.
