I work in sales and the turnover rate is insane. funny thing is it's all fresh outta highshcool/college gen z kids that can't really handle full time work. after a few months, they just quit :ohhh:

one crop of gen z kids flame out after a few months, then they just bring in a new crop of fresh faced zoomers. shyt is like clockwork :bryan:

this is not sustainable tho :whoa: the future is uncertain
:camby:Stop with your old fart rants. That's how young people operate in general regardless of the generation.

Here’s what bi-weekly checks look like where I work… in sales.

"Gen Z are smarter and not with the Bullsh*t"

:dead: :dead: :dead:

I would need to see statistics on the amount of Gen Z are starting their own businesses and the yearly income of those businesses... To prove they don't have to depend on being an employee to put food in their table

Until then this is all talk, and would be in a worse position than Gen X and Millennials

What’s funny is every gen always say that about the next gen . As a millennial I heard that so many times when i was younger about millennials.

Exactly. Its extremely :flabbynsick: to be here complaining about the younger gen like this. Our parents gen did that same shyt. I aint mimicking them. Let these kids live. Every flabby mf always complaining about how these 'kids' dont know what they are doing. :dead:

I don’t think most people have the money management skills to handle daily payouts. They need that lump sum to take care of things responsibly. I get daily payouts from my reselling and I even have to catch myself. Ill make decisions I don’t make with my paycheck cause I know I’ll just get another payout tomorrow.

This is bullshyt…. Hustle jobs paid daily and a lot of contracting/construction jobs paid daily. Hell, even a lot of server/bartender jobs paid daily back in the day. The only reason it’s not done today because it’s a lot easier on the employer to pay biweekly…. Less HR paperwork and tax headaches

I remember when I did HVAC, they would hire day labors and pay them cash on some slave shyt.

Dude who drove them in a van got a cut off the daily trip to work.

They'd laugh at them because everyday, they would go buy cigs, lottery tickets etc and BE BROKE

That 2 week payday is bs, but it makes you manage.

Did you even read my comment? I didn’t state anything about employers or what kind of jobs pay daily. I stated that I don’t think the average person has the money management skills to handle getting paid daily. It would require them to save those daily payments up and make more sound decisions leading into the larger bills due each month.
