I hope @mastermind @Loose @Robbie3000 @horizon @Conan are standing in solidarity with the government workers not receiving pay by returning their paychecks to their employers until the Republicans (who they admit are inertly evil and don’t care about human suffering) capitulate to the democrats on ACA funding.

Democrats fold like cheap suits and instead of criticizing them, you choose to blame us.

Better yet, if they were going to fold, why did they put the government workers and SNAP beneficiaries through all that stress.

That's the risk you take when working for the government, they know that and will be back paid when it opens. Yes its unfortunate but that's the cost to fight back an authoritarian government. Democrats was winning the fight, they have now lost the war and messaging. Now everyone suffers with higher health care premiums, and those who didn't get paid essentially suffered for no reason.
