No. I'm saying that, in theory, tax cuts assume the people receiving the tax cuts will do the right thing with their money rather than pocket it. Or at least that's how it's portrayed
Personally, I'd favor tax cuts to the lower to middle tax brackets while simultaneously raising taxes on the upper brackets to at least make it revenue neutral

No they won't. It's just BS to appease the masses. This has gone absolutely no where. I was told in January 2017 that Trump would be impeached any day now.
I was also told that the economy would tank the day after the election according to DOW Futures and MSNBC but the exact opposite has happened.
I now know not to believe what I see on CNN, MSNBC, Fox, etc., cause they've been bullshytting me for a long as time. It just changes depending on whose in office at the time.
I hope yall are ready for a second Trump term because it's happening without a doubt. Will bet money on it
