Breh, you ain't NEVA lied. Tried some shyt a couple weeks ago from a supermarket. Can't even remember the manufacturer but I ended-up throwing that shyt out the window of my car after one sip. Got back to my side of town, headed straight to the Jamaican restaurant and got some of the REAL shyt.

Oxtail was already tough to devour and took a long time to make the meat tender, fried

Ox tail works a lot better stewed, I've even able to broil in the oven pretty successfully, but I can't imagine frying them unless you let it marinate for maybe 24 hours.
