So Jerry paid everyone on the coli and twitter watching the game and saying the exact same thing too? I guess he made Dak the highest paid QB cause Stephen A always calls him the goat. I guess he made Lamb the 2nd highest paid WR due to Sharpe thinking that he’s Sterling levels. And they also said that he should drop Micah and go for NBA young boy instead.

The standom of people solely on the basis of them being famous or rich on the internet in our community is crazy. People who give exactly zero fukks about anyone but themselves too :mjlol:

Now sports analyst can’t criticize players not playing like people that don’t deserve big contracts, in their contract years. They have been praising dude all season long, so I guess Jerry was paying them to do that too right?
the fukk are you talkin bout Jerry paying Coli and Twitter? I think you've lost the plot. Obviously Sherm can criticize players...thats what them crackers at ESPN pay him to do. You talk about a nikka not deserving his bread...best believe a nikka gon have some hostile words towards you...not just sports...in any situation on this earth. Hence why we're here.

The rest of the Legion of Boom covered for Sherman. Not following the opposing teams #1 WR nearly as often are true elite CB’s do. He’ll say it was scheme, but he was never on the level of some of the other elite CB’s we’ve seen over the last twenty years.
You didn’t watch Seattle clearly

Pickens looked like trash but I'll never respect former players in the media going personal like this. Questioning a guy's effort shouldn't be done. I don't care if the effort is iffy or not...these types of criticisms are like cat nip for white fans who hate black athletes. It's like calling a black athlete a thug for being aggressive.

You say that Jerry is paying Sherm to say what everyone else is saying, are you slow?

And they talk about people's salaries all the fukking time, only a few half-retarded people like Pickens respond with words instead of on the field.
Salary management is one of the most important things in sports with hard caps, therefore salaries is a sporting decision it's not personal or about private finances. If you pay one there's less bread for the other 50-60 something brehs, this is very basic shyt that people seem to forget. They think it's either the one player or the owner :snoop:

And again, he didn't say that Pickens doesn't deserve anything. He said half-assing games might make teams unwilling to pay top dollar for you. "Is this the type of guy we wanna pay 40m per year? I don't know".

So you want former players to lie? To not give their full analysis?

They might as well keep them out of shows then and just hire journalists and coaches.

Imagine the whole world saying one thing, and then the analyst acts completely oblivious to what everyone else is saying. Where is the journalistic integrity in that?

Playing badly is one thing, specially if they know that you are a good player. Half-assing shyt should always get called out, that's like legal unsportsmanlike conduct. Imagine a linesman doing that, could be career threatening for a QB.

They don't have to lie. You can say he played poorly, didn't match the moment, could not carry the team after Lamb went down, etc. I'm just saying I don't fukk with the extra shyt especially when it leans into tap dancing for cacs who love hearing about how stupid, lazy, or violent black players are.

The only definitives are Woodson, Champ, and Revis. Everybody else you could argue for or against Sherman, so while you change your statement, I'll change mine too:

He's arguably a Top 5 corner of the last 20 years. Everybody who not those Top 3, is "arguable" just like Sherman. Talib fits in that group, too.

Personally, being an anchor for the greatest sustained defense in NFL history, in a passing era no less, carries weight. Those other guys don't have that.

Sherman not top 5. He never had the responsibility to cover the #1 WR every week.

Still not the truth, he was half-assing it and jogging and shyt. I mean it’s so unheard of and clear that you’d look crazy for not criticizing it.

It’s like not calling at Suh for being dirty, just acting like nothing.

Some people want media to sugar coat it and treat these multimillionaire businessmen like kids, for unknown reasons.

As an analyst you always wanna put yourself in the position of coaches, managers etc. And personally, if I was a GM I would be wondering exactly what Sherman said. He has the skills but there’s also a reason to why the coli calls him nba youngboy. With regards to that I can’t motivate paying him Jettas, Lamb, Chase etc money.
