Been married now divorced.
It's awful when life resets after a marriage.
Worst ever. & the pain of divorce outweights the happiness of a marriage.
If on a person's wedding day they saw the forms involved with a divorce, many would say.. f that.. let's just stay bf and gf. It's more intrusive than you can imagine.

One other thing.
Kids.. beautiful until they hit the teens, then you don't get them coming come saying "mommy, daddy" so your marriage needs to be strong... As by that time you are already in a bit of a stale mate anyway.. but the kids and the family dynamic keep you happy.

That was not me advocating not having children.. that was saying the real fun starts when the kids hit 13.

The key to a good life.. I think it's broad horizons and a wide network globally.
A home cat will die a slow death with any kind of tragedy.

Marriage definitely isn't for everyone. It would be nice to see more married black couples but we gotta be realistic. Marriage is a lifestyle that some people just aren't built for. Ive seen both ends of the spectrum. Having a spouse that is down 100% for you is one of the best feelings. But having that person step out is one of the worst. Being married you gotta deal with all the ups and downs and life changes. We have enough of these issues being alone. Being married adds to that

People need to experience life to the fullest first and foremost is what I tell people and also truly know themselves and who they are and what they want.

Problem with marriage is u can do all that and think u have the right partner and bam they ain't shyt and u divorced. U know this as well as I do been married more than once.
Marriage is ultimately a gamble no way around it.
It will either be a great thing or a back breaking thing imo.
I can be perfectly fine not married also too cuz of who I am but also fine married too and she knows this and I know she is same way too.
Luckily were in a good marriage unlike alot of people who stay married for wrong reasons or got married wrong reasons.
shyt is beyond miserable cuz I went thru it with last one.

And it's widely known amongst high status professional types (i.e. lawyers, bankers, political figures, etc.) that there are advantages to being married as it relates to professional relationships and endorsements. It's a better image overall in these circles to be married. It gives off the appearance to clients, investors, etc. that you're more stable and able to make better decisions in general. nikkas can keep shunning marriage all they want but at the end of the day, the real money in this world is run by the conservative population. Marriage is a foundation for them. They stay focused. That's how they get rich. They're not running around fukkin random hos all day long.

While meeting new chicks and smashin is fun, ultimately it's a completely waste of time and energy if you really trying ot make moves in life.

You are more likely to get invited to that Christmas party at the CEOs house where real networking and life-changing deals go down, as a married man than as a young single cat. Again marriage is not a requirement to get that success, but it can make shyt a lot easier.
