There isn't anything illegal being done. With that said Nike internally has strict rules about employees reselling or even being party to resellers. She claims she did notify Nike of her sons reselling business and they found no issue but then this story got too big to ignore so they fired her. There is no actual crime being committed. Just a conflict of interest between Nike and what her son was doing.

All She had to do was get a loan or turn the credit card into cash using a fake invoice with paypal and then her son could have loaded the money onto his own debit card. To further insulate his self he could have had it shipped to a relatives house if he wanted. smh
