If you have a high school diploma and work at a warehouse, walk up to your parents and scold them for raising a loser. I’ve worked warehouse jobs when I was 14 and again at 20 and it’s all illegals and ex convicts that work there. That’s the kinda job you get when you’re to prideful to work at Burger King or Target because you don’t want people who know you to see you

I have two experiences with warehouse work, the first was horrible and I quit within the week. The second I'm doing right now for the summer before school starts again in the fall, its much better, driving a forklift around but still hard on the body at times. We even play football, soccer or basketball when shyt is down, pretty chill.

It seems to me, universally, the environment is chill everyone's in it together.

I'd rather work in an office I think, though not seeing nor feeling any sunlight for hours must suxk.

Honestly, for summer work I'd rather do landscaping, work outside.

Some would think so. Been doing call center shyt for years and sick of it. I may need to go back to get some certs.
Your degree must be in bee keeping for you to work in a call center. That’s not adding up. You got a felony or record?

How you gonna ROFL with a hollow back?
better off getting a forklift cert , if you don want' to be like martin/ lol

I’ve been in logistics/warehouse work my whole life, started unloading watermelon trucks/unloading 100# potato burlap rail cars for my dad, now I’m in senior management. I’ve worked in and managed 5 different buildings in 4 diff states (Ma, Pa, Fl, and Ny), and I’ve never been in a building that accepts “forklift certs”. Every different building has their own forklift cert, no universal cert, but experience is definitely good.

Yo I worked nights at a warehouse gig as a merchandiser before and I'll just let you know about the workload. I worked at a big retail store and we would be stocking 20-60lb items at a fast pace for 4-5 hours of a 8 hour shift.

We were understaffed but the workload remained the same so imagine doing a 7 hour full body workout 4-5 days in a row. Managers talked shyt if you didn't keep a fast pace. Saw everyone but the forklift drivers quit within 3 months.

Said that to say, whichever company you go to ask them about the workload and how understaffed they are at the moment. You don't want to be so some and tired everyday that you can't get anything else done. Also ask if the shift ends at the scheduled time and if not how long would you expect to be held after.

The place I worked would keep us working past the end of shift and we had to get permission to clock out, it was bullshyt lol. They never tell you that during the hiring process though.

Good luck. These jobs are usually easy to get due to the turnover rate, all you have to do is be able to pass a drug test
