You need some career advise brother. A few general things I can say

1. You need to start surrounding yourself with winners and career driven people.
2. Call Center is not an office job.
3. You need to transition from Customer Service to Administration.
4. Warehouse is a major step down imo. But I understand, Call Centers are stressful as fukk. I think that's the driving factor for you. The stress.

So when u were 20 how long did u scold your parents for raising you to be a loser? :deadmanny:
I only worked there for half a day when I was 20 cause no other place would hire me. After unloading a truck I said fukk this shyt and left. Never even collected the check for like the 4 hours I was there. I got hired to do medical billing and coding for a diabetic supply company a couple days later and worked there for 2 and a half years. But let’s not throw stones friend

First off, if you have a business degree and work experience, You are qualified, remember that and be confidant. Never think you are not qualified for an Admin job.

Every department should have positions where people perform day-to-day desk tasks. That's Administration. In call centers, you should have a team manager or supervisor that just monitors service level and report on performances. Right? that's just admin work.

Are you with a small, mid or large company? and what industry?

Try to get a job at your local college or university breh. You'll be a state employee so better benefits and odds are you can find an office position better than just call center work.

Every office has the same bullshyt politics so once you get over that it can be alright :manny:

Yeah, warehouse is a step backwards for you, but I get it, shyt is stressful.

Your company should have different departments like Marketing, AR, Operations, Sales etc. They should all have support positions (admin, coordinator, analyst).

imo, it's best to start in a large company. Find what industry interest you and what department you like. Then hunt for the positions. Stretch your qualifications and duties as much as you can too.
