Call center is a stepping stone job....plus its hoes in there.....I was smashing everything back in the 2000s...got my degree then bounced on they azz...you hustling backwards
You need some career advise brother. A few general things I can say
1. You need to start surrounding yourself with winners and career driven people.
2. Call Center is not an office job.
3. You need to transition from Customer Service to Administration.
4. Warehouse is a major step down imo. But I understand, Call Centers are stressful as fukk. I think that's the driving factor for you. The stress.
I only worked there for half a day when I was 20 cause no other place would hire me. After unloading a truck I said fukk this shyt and left. Never even collected the check for like the 4 hours I was there. I got hired to do medical billing and coding for a diabetic supply company a couple days later and worked there for 2 and a half years. But let’s not throw stones friendSo when u were 20 how long did u scold your parents for raising you to be a loser?![]()

First off, if you have a business degree and work experience, You are qualified, remember that and be confidant. Never think you are not qualified for an Admin job. Thanks bro!...when you say "administration" what type of jobs are you talking about?

How long did you cry after enlisting to defend this country and letting some cac spit and yell in your face telling you how to shine your shoes? Cracker had you clean his toilet with your toothbrush and use it afterwardsSo how long did u scold your parents for raising u to be a loser?
An hour?
4 days?

Every department should have positions where people perform day-to-day desk tasks. That's Administration. In call centers, you should have a team manager or supervisor that just monitors service level and report on performances. Right? that's just admin work.
Are you with a small, mid or large company? and what industry?
Yeah, warehouse is a step backwards for you, but I get it, shyt is stressful.ohhh ok, gotcha. Mid size, computer industry.
. My knees ain't been the same since
My situation is the reverse. I parlayed that call center into getting into financial trade operations w/o having a financial degree. You are hustling backwardsAtlanta
Some would think so. Been doing call center shyt for years and sick of it. I may need to go back to get some certs.
