like i said. i hate pissing contests over whether school X is better than school Y. if you put a list of the 10 elite jobs in CFB, florida and texas are both on it.those are the schools where if you have an elite coach, nobody can touch you.

Neither the Florida or Texas job is much better than the other. You have access to top tier talent. Great facilities, large number of resources, great tradition (though Texas has been a power longer than Florida). UT is in a much better city but that shouldn't matter. Florida is in a better conference though. Wish Texas actually went to the Pac 12.

You may be talking about recruits, but Strong has already proven that he's arguably the best recruiter of Florida talent and he hasn't done shyt in Texas yet (because they're an afterthought? Sure, but Strong was elbowing out recruits from Florida when UF and FSU were both top 10 teams)

Strong outrecruits Florida when he had Clint Hurtt when he was at Louisville. He doesn't have him. If he actually had a recruiter that knows Texas recruits, he would pull in more 4 and 5 star Texas talent as well. Why did you dismiss that Texas was 1 second away from playing in a 3rd NC themselves and you can also add a Colorado from playing in a 4th.

Special teams coach & RB coach, wr coach, db coach and asst db coach, db assistant, asst strength coach, dline coach. Co-Def coordinator was Black too but he left before season.
As a black man I'd like to see Charlie succeed in coaching..... but I don't want to see anyone Black or white or green succeed at Texas. I dont think i could even root for a relative at Texas.
