Here's the thing, alot of beats when being sold to lesser known artists (local nikkas) get sold on a lease. So the beat doesnt exclusively belong to that artist. If a more popular nikka then fops the beat then you worry about it then. The idea is get the money and recognition now and worry about the lawsuits if they arise later. Same thing happened with wayne and the She Will beat, same I think hustle hard, I get Money yeah shyt happens all the time. Generally it isnt a big deal cause the lesser known local nikka song wasnt going be popular anyways, outside of the 100 nikka on they block aint nobody else was going hear they shyt anyways.
