"Me and Biz" by Masta Ace is originally a reference track for Biz. Biz didn't make the sessions so Masta Ace just rhymes Biz part in the final song and uses a puppet for Biz in the music video

Big Daddy Kane wrote for Biz Markie and Shante

Big Daddy Kane: Rap Like No Equal

How to Rap:
Is ghost-writing for someone else harder?

Big Daddy Kane: For me, ghost-writing for someone else wasn’t hard, because if I did it in my style that’s pretty much something good for you, and doing it in someone else’s style, if they have a more simpler style then it makes my job easier, because now I ain’t got to think too complicated. For example, writing for Biz, it wasn’t really about having hot rhymes, it was about having something funny, Biz just wanted something funny to say. And with [Roxanne] Shanté I could try to pretty much put it in her flow, but really with Shanté she wanted to do what I liked doing, just basically being sarcastic and she is like the master of sarcasm. So basically I’d be sarcastic like I normally would, but just make it to fit a woman.

The fact that it is Old news is not the point genius.

The point is that this is further evidence of ghost writing in Hip Hop.

Instead try becoming a mature Hip Hop head in acknowledging the element of ghostwriting in Hip Hop music.
What the fukk is u talkin bout? nikkas been knew about ghostwriting and half u nikkas don’t even know what ghostwriting actually is. Being that I used to be a ghostwriter it’s hilarious to see some of the dumb shyt being spewed.

Both of these have been known for over 2 decades. Neither Biz or Dirty were considered Top MCs. They were more entertaining Hip Hop figures that often provided comedy relief. They never claimed to be the best. Dudes like Drake are complete frauds because they go around claiming they're the best even though they have a whole team of writers.

I’d love to hear your take

Are you gonna call Ray Luv a liar

or go the “that don’t really count cause they were ‘brothers’ “ route?
I spoke on it a while back. There was way more to the story and it DEF ain’t the same shyt as Drake. Which is why this whole thread was created in the first place. There only a few nikkas on this whole site that know as much about ghostwriting as me.

So no opinion on Pac having other dudes write his rhymes, other than how it relates to Drake?

In a hypothetical universe where Drake doesn’t exist, what are your thoughts on 2pac reciting multiple verses written by other people?
