One of the biggest problems in basketball discourse today is folks can’t separate aesthetics from actual reality. It’s fine if you prefer someone else’s style of play but that doesn’t make them better. That’s how you get folks going around claiming that Kyrie is a superstar or that Melo was a better scorer than KD.

Start going to Rico Hines & Chris Brinkley runs, go party in Vegas/Miami/LA with other players during the offseason and start doing stepbacks & hesi pulls

right i don't think you will see Giannis with other NBA players outside of their teammates

His hate is he dont play an extra 4 minutes a game? Lmao

Gilbert def on the Coli..

I disagree with Gil on all of this, including the min thing, but 4 min per game is a lot of production for an all timer. That’s like 7 or 8 extra games over a season.

The thing is what does it matter if his production is enough in the min he does play? It’s not like he’s incapable of turning it up to 11 if need be

Yes Giannis can retire tomorrow and he's first ballot HoF
But going for another 10 years and maybe getting Milwaukee a few more championships and he's gonna rise up to top 10 all time and beyond no matter how big his bag is

Because Gilbert is a fukking idiot. Steph hasn't played 35 mins/game since Steve Kerr became coach in 2014 - does this argument apply to him as well?

Both of these guys increase their minutes in playoffs, when it matters. That dumbass wouldn't know.
