i think dunham's career will have a severe downturn after this well of misery dries out

how much can you write about 'finding yourself' after you achieve success. and some points of the show are already repeating. already throwing in filler episodes.

I feel like this show takes one step forward and two steps back. We have that weak episode with Hannah fukking old dude from the coffee shop for three days then that dope episode last week with Ray/Adam in Staten Island. Just as I think the Season is picking up steam we have another suspect episode like this one? Continuity is a little off for me no doubt.

my thoughts EXACTLY, this season is very up and down and for some reason I feel like Hannah is playing the "how much more of me can I expose" game every episode WE GET IT ALREADY chubby girls need love too, girls pee just like men etc. why can't marnie or jessa pee randomly (while showing their lower back ? ) even though I love some things about the show the scenes like taking a piss and telling you're mother how much you love her and your mother saying now you're taking the piss are just so RIDICULOUS that they're not even funny/clever anymore...

This show is slowly flirting with awful status.

These episodes that only focus on 1-2 characters are pretty bad.

The last 2/3 were really bad, ping pong episode and this excursion with just flat out unbelievable characters (the 2 awkward guys). I can't help but ask myself, what is all this randomness leading to? What's the purpose of any of this? And if you tell me the self-exploration of Hannah Horwath, i`ll tell you that's a real boring story/

We need more Adam, his batshyt crazy routine kept the show interesting.

safe to say 1.5 seasons in the show has officially hit a small decline?

when you think about it though, how long can a show remain top quality?

This show is slowly flirting with awful status.

These episodes that only focus on 1-2 characters are pretty bad.

The last 2/3 were really bad, ping pong episode and this excursion with just flat out unbelievable characters (the 2 awkward guys). it reminds me of Louie taking a turn from a straight up funny show into a more wide-ranging philosophical deal, the difference is louie hits on so many themes, is funny in its own way, is just straight up good tv

without a purpose or a proper storyline girls doesnt know what to do with itself, tries to be artistic but fails. the fall for this show is gonna be harder than most, like i said a few posts back

the episode last night was hilarious, possibly the most entertaining one yet. the one part that blew me was jessa's realization of what she was about to do and the song lyrics perfectly coinciding with it. felt cheap, i hate when the soundtrack spells it out for you instead of coloring the mood
