4 Door EX (not EX-L)
Average Miles - 91,339
Average Price at those miles - $9,710
With 50k miles on it - Average auction price $11,889

Tons of recent sales, here are a few.
BALTWASH Lease $9,700 46,080 Avg GRAY
NEVADA $12,800 55,548 Above Avg MAROON
NJ $11,900 48,062 Above Avg GRAY
ORLANDO $11,300 53,384 SILVER
ORLANDO $11,700 43,208 Above Avg GREY

Those are all automatic. Looks like the manuals do less money by about $500-$1,500 dollars on average.

2 Door EX (not EX-L)
Average Mileage: 74,146
Average Price at that Mileage: $11,325
Average Price at your 50k miles is $13k in average condition, 14.4k in above.

Only a few recent sales (within last 3 weeks)
PA $11,400 53,234 RED
CHICAGO Lease $13,300 49,115 Above Avg BLUE

Unlike the sedan. The coupe does MORE money at the auction if it's a manual.

@Ayo

I am planning on trading out of my car into something else new (I put 30k + miles a year on my wheels) and I know I'll be upside down, but need to get a good feel on real life trade in value.

New England
2011 Honda Accord
4 Cyln, SE (Special Edition Package- Leather, heated seats)
44,000 Miles
Excellent condition. (Clean as sheit, no dings or scratches/highway miles)

Prices for Sedan

Average Mileage - 36,277 (which puts you in a good position having less)
Average Price @ that mileage - $21,428

At your mileage
Above Average - $23,800
Average Condition - $22,700
Below Average - $20,500

Note: Car was worth $2,000 more in February. Why? Simple. The snow. If you asked for prices because you plan on selling it you might get more $$ come September. The predicted value in April 2004 for an average condition car is $21,300.

Here's 5 that were sold 6 days ago in NJ. You'll see that condition (Above, Avg, Below) is a huge factor on price
$24,000 26,942 Above LIQUID
$23,500 32,531 Above SMOKY
$20,250 36,092 Avg GRAPHITE
$20,000 33,083 Avg WHITE
$18,250 46,309 Below BLACK
$18,000 52,887 Below GREY
$18,000 39,371 Below nLIQUID

I had a G35 coupe. Depreciation was great. Bought it new. Paid it off. And still pocketed about $14k when I sold that car.

Coupe prices
Average Mileage - 37,057 (which puts you in a good position having less)
Average Price @ that mileage - $23,606

At your mileage
Above Average - $25,800
Average Condition - $24,300
Below Average - $22,900

Here's 5 that just sold in PA 2 days ago
$24,000 28,038 Avg GREY
$22,700 29,179 Avg GREY
$22,400 36,039 Avg BLACK OB
$21,600 31,172 Below GRAPHITE
$20,400 51,564 Below GRAPHITE

No doubt! Just add to my rep. Help get me out of this red. :to:

Average price for your miles
Above Avg Condition - $16,950
Avg Condition - $15,650
Below Avg - $14,350

The margins that used car dealers make on Accords are small because they are popular and they hold their value well. So you'll have to stand firm to get what you deserve for it. They want to make money too.

Recent Sales in the Northeast at the PA auction
PA Regular $17,700 20,772 Above WHITE
PA Regular $16,000 14,551 Avg SILVER
PA Lease $16,600 21,371 Avg GREY 4G
PA $16,500 26,960 Avg WHITE

Only one is above average like yours.

Predicted value of your car in April 2014 in AVERAGE condition is $14,450 (they don't give me above average conditions) and in May of this year 2013 AVERAGE condition... a month from now is $14,400. So prices in May should be similar to what I just gave you.

Good luck!

Dope info, thanks.

So what would be a 'stand firm' trade in offer price do you think?
15k? 15,500? 16k?

$15k. They'll need to clean it and transport it to auction if that's what they decide to do. And chances are they might not sell for $16k there.

But go for $16k. Give them the "last place I went to told me that they'd give me 16k because that's what it's doing at the auction" line.

I came out and told the guy who was selling me my car exactly what I knew and how I knew it. So I got what I wanted.

Average Mileage going through the auctions: 123,975
Average dollar amount they are selling for: $9,955

In the Midwest none sold in the last few weeks under 124,000 miles. So here are some recent sales from other parts of the country. Looks like the price is pretty steady nationwide. It's not an SUV, its not a sports car. Those are usually the factors that effect prices based on region.

Recent Sales at auction between 80k-100k miles

ORLANDO $11,700 83,390 Above GREEN
TX $4,900 99,921 Below WHITE This one must have been beat to shyt
PA $13,000 95,905 Above SILVER
ORLANDO $10,400 101,826 Avg GREEN
BOSTON $11,500 81,746 Above WHITE
NC $10,700 83,938 Avg BLACK
ATLANTA $10,000 90,140 Avg SILVER
ORLANDO $11,000 95,717 Avg GREEN

Remember, "above" means above average condition and "below" means POS.

If you look at those numbers, you're looking at about 10,750 average
