I'm going to assume the Altima is the sedan.

You're looking at about $12,900 on the Altima with those miles. The price stops going up for low mileage after a certain point. So here's a good example of that. 2 cars sold for pretty much the same price in above average condition

So the one with 12k miles did the same money as the one with 43k.

So $12,000 would be a solid real trade value for the car. Private sale you'd probably be able to pick up another $3,000-$4,000 on top of that.
