Again, perception. Is a man obeying his wife when she says take out the garbage? People allowed feminism to turn the words obey and submit into slavery and bondage. Not sure how old you are but I would have guessed you understood my first post.

Breh, people intentionally misinterpreting the word “obey” and “submit”. Let’s go to the source itself:

Ephesians 5:22-33
22 Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. 23 For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church,his body, of which he is the Savior. 24 Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.

And do you know who showed me this? My fiancée! Even I had a slender grasp on the meaning before meeting her and she explained it to me in depth.

These so called Christian women out there today claim to be a follower of Christ but pick and choose which parts of the bible they agree to. You can literally show them the above verses and they’ll still go “well, I’m still not gonna obey because it’s antiquated.”

If the groom in front of those same women was Dwayne Johnson, Drake, Trey Songz, Michael B Jordan etc… do you think they’d have any issue with the word Obey?

Little things like in the video show someone’s true colors. I’m just happy I’ve got a woman who’s not like most of these women out there. I’m telling you single brehs, if you’ve got a good one, please please don’t mess her around. The market is terrible for wifing right now.
