Been in this relationship for over 6 years.

Been through thick n thin. Good times and bad. I had strayed once in those 6 years and it was a disaster of epic proportions. Karma immediately gave me the beats.

Other than that i have been faithful. .until today.

I am starting a new wolf phase to deepen my waves so i just needed a lineup and beard lined up too. I knew my barber would be closed before i got off work today. I googled barbershops and found a black shop still open. The reviews on yelp were fantastic.


Strolled in there after work and the place was packed! but all the brehs waiting were mad patient. So i copped a seat and waited about 40 minutes.

Tall cat named Slim had that open chair for your boy. Told him what i wanted...breh proceeded to give me the freshest lineup i have ever had in my life!!!

He took his time too. Gave your boy that razor work too!

My og barber has been lazy as fukk lately. No more razor unless i ask. He used to do it off gp. lately it seems like he has been rushing through my head. My last cut it showed too. He missed a patch in the back. I noticed it that night when i was doing a brushing session.

After it was over Slim spent a good 40 minutes on my head...and said that will be 10 bucks.

I gave breh 20. he deserved it. I get in my whip.. look at myself and i look so damn good.

I dont usually post alot on fb... but i made a post that said. That lineup tho.... with a pic of my crispy hairline. Waves were cresting over my dome.

I know this breh. Met his fam. I balled with him and his lil bro at the Y. He has had me over to the shop for boxing ppvs they ordered. ( they got a 70+inch tv in there )

We been out clubbing together.. that fresh lineup blew him out the water and i had to broadcast it. So no homo but i just want to be friends. I know he is going to want more though.

I feel you son. I want to send mine to the bushes too but I don't have the heart. nikka was never that fresh with the clippers but was deco. His is the only black shop that was within 15 mns of me when I was in the boonies and plus he knew my fam. Great dude, nice shop setup and is real kid friendly too. nikka even let me set up a snack table for months when I was raising money to go to the motherland last summer and do a madden tournament there too. But the cuts ain't that fresh. What's even worse is he stay tryna put his other barbers on and when I come in with my 2 youngn's he'll try to have one of the other cats cut them. Thing is one of them nikkas sucks but he's a good dude too. Like I like you but this just ain't working. My cuts be on some B level instead of the A+ I used to rock. I'm hurt and don't know what to do
