So he impersonates his cellmate who's still in prison and goes to that guy's family to try and con them (they haven't seen him in 20 years so its easy to pretend to be him). It was really good

I love Goodfellas too.

It's just that to me The Godfather 1 & 2 are just superior in terms of the way they were made and in the story. There's a broader scope to it.
