I love how half the posts are shytting on them nasty ass "scrambled" eggs Breh whipped up some egg puree and people ate it up cause he wears a chef's apron and speaks with a Bri'ish accent.

I like the technique he used of not keeping the eggs on the stove the whole time…but ya those eggs were too runny for me but I do like how mine come out and I will always cook them that way

Yea I talked about this in another thread. Mexicans brought the restaurant when it closed down. My cousin is married to that ladies brother. She was a very successful caterer so she went back to that.
