IDK what y'all talking about but his scrambled eggs are GOAT. I use his method on the weekends when I have more time to cook.
I don't make them as runny, I use less cream and I turn up the heat a bit more so it cooks quicker. Throw in some bacon bits and chives and it be bussin heavy.
But I mess with Ramsay's cooking heavy. His hot fried chicken recipe is legit.
