I also add extra virgin olive oil into the pan before heating up so it’ll help with the eggs not sticking so much or getting burnt while cooking. I typically add either Season All or Old Bay and black pepper. Might try parsley sometime and prolly might try butter but I feel like that’s the reason his eggs came out creamy in the first place tho
I also put cheese in mine too (preferably shredded cheese, none of that fake ass Kraft shyt either). Add some hot sauce on them thangs when they done (and drizzle a bit of maple syrup if I’m feeling a lul bit fat lol)Kingpin....

interesting. I made an omelette like that yesterday. didn't add all their same ingredients but the same technique. didn't know it was Japanese. I just like having one. side pan fried and folding it over the top. keeps the inside moist and the outside has a lil crust. if I have time I make a fritada. but I'm not adding cream to my eggs.
