Yes. Everyone is replaceable. They could easily find someone with great work ethic who follows all rules. They don't want an alcoholic representing the company and bringing others down or changing coworkers' thinking that they can drink at work too. They have to nip that shyt before it spreads. again you may be acting weirdly in front of people but you don't realize it. There may be complaints so you're creating drama.
Your boss is being AWESOME by giving you a second Chance. They couldve just fired you on the spot. Even bartenders aren't supposed to be drunk at work. Is it possible to stop the habit with this chance they are giving you?
Also when you say a fifth do you mean a fifth of a gallon? A handle?

OP @flea, I used to be like you drinking a fifth, coke, weed, every drug under the sun(except heroin & meth, fukk needles) on daily basis( where being sober was a high in and of itself), get help my brother, take shots and start weining yourself off that shyt, I around same age as you, so I know how it feels to do some things out of habit, but start a 30 day trial period to wein yourself out of alcohol....
