Don't really feel comfortable talking about this on the internet, but I'll try and be brief, not too long, and to the point
-Walking home last night from a buddy's neighborhood with a few friends
-Cops roll up on us while we're walking, nothing on us, cigarettes, gatorades, that's bout it
-Cops start askin me "what are you doing?" and so I say "what do you want?" according to the cop I was disrespecting.
-Cop gets out of his car, starts getting in my face. Tell him to get out of my face, he's being aggressive and needs to back off
-Try to calm down the situation (Apologize to cop, tell him lets start over, talk man to man, he ain't having that), cop is crying that I'm disrespecting him. Buddies on the side bout it, starts checking my I.D. saying he thought I was underage and that's why he stopped us, showed him I.D. to reveal I'm above 18
-I'm getting pissed off, I work 5AM to 330PM each day. It's 1 AM at this point. I tell him it'd be easier for us to just walk home, and they continue their patrol routes, theres no point in this
-Cop says to his partner cop "Do you smell alcohol on his breath?" I just finished smoking a cigarette
-I get pissed, tell him to call his supervisor, we'll deal with it that way. He was trying to hit me with a ticket for underage consumption of alcohol (Petty offense)
-I try to smoke another cigarette before this supervisor shows up, the fatass pig who gave me the original problem (His partner was quiet and sitting on the side) starts telling me I'm under arrest and tries to grab my arm, I shove away and tell him to calm down. Pulls out his tazer
-Tell him to back off, he backs off, I'm like get your supervisor I'm not dealing with this
-Supervisor shows up, right when I think I'm about to talk to him, tries to grab my arm to arrest me, I tell him to cool off and shove him away, then the other three try to push me into the car (Kind of doesn't work I'm a big dude and these guys were struggling to deal with me). So I suppose in a way you can say I was resisting, but at the same time they were grabbing my arms, literally pushing my face into the cop's window, the Sergeant(Supervisor) grabbed my neck with his fingers and was trying to squeeze on my neck
My buddies were on the side when this was going on, they told me from their point of view it looked like the four tried to grab me, that one dude started kicking my legs, again, pushed my head into the cop car window, had my neck getting grabbed and scratched up. Apparently while they were doing this one had a Tazer gun out and another had his Nightstick. I'm not sure if I got hit with the Nightstick on my leg it's in pain, nothing unbearable could be from the kicking it happened so fast to me
Point is, they TRIED to breath-test me for alcohol, I refused and told them they had no right to bother us, told them they were harassing us, told them they had no probable cause beside him saying "I smell alcohol"
They never breath-tested me for my underage consumption of alcohol, however they did put me in a cell for resisting arrest
My buddies wanted to write statements to the court for when I show up explaining how excessive they were with me, not sure if that's going to work though
My point is will I have a case? I'm trying to enlist in the Corps at some point in 2015, I'm wondering if this will affect my ability to enlist. Kind of an odd topic. I just feel like there is no absolute evidence of underage consumption of alcohol, therefore it will be thrown out. Also, I don't know how I should argue the resisting arrest when I was in the situation telling the police officers to calm down and they were getting physical with me.
I don't know if it's absolutely required, but I'm almost positive they didn't read me my Miranda Rights either

. I bought the phone from this old lady at my job. Know she aint steal that shyt. They had me standing in the rain for damn near a hour. Turns out all iPhone 4s had the same serial number on the back and they let me go. Cops are dikks man. Try to get you a lawyer if you can afford it. A public defendent aint go do shyt.
