Got arrested last night, do I have a case?

Not first experience, It's kind of hard to describe the whole situation though. One moment I asked what the police officer wanted, next moment dude rips open his door and starts getting in my face like he's bout to throw hands or something, prob an ego thing but when a fatass suburban officer is trying to flex his authority to me it just pissed me off.



Damn true. And I wasn't talking when I was in the station, told em not until I get a lawyer. And I wasn't incriminating myself of anything talking to the officers. Just went down hill right after he said "You smell the alcohol?"

I can sit here all day n tell you everything you "shoulda" did but da only thing that matter at this point is that you lawyer up, get ya witnesses in order along with their statements, and straight flip the tide on 'em.

In the streets the cops are the hunters and were the hunted. Unfortunately we gotta fight our battles in the courtroom. But when we come in there armed with a case like yours and the right lawyer, WE become the hunter and they become the prey. THe burden of proof gets flipped and they have to defend THEIR actions more than you'd have to prove YOURS. Good luck bruh bruh.

I like how you worded that though. My buddies said they want to issue witness statements, I was the only person detained and arrested. I don't know if their opinion will hold up in court like that though?

What's happened happened, I lost my shyt, at the same time though yeah it is hard to calm a situation with four guys with an authority complex and guns. Gonna take your advice. Thanks.

Ya the cops assaulted you and arrested you..same thing happened to me and my friend..so he called his dad and they sued..he got like $2000 out of the settlement so it's not like you're gonna get hella bread..but it's worth it to take it to court..

It's always best to cooperate, especially if you know you have done nothing wrong.


You got to learn how to talk shyt without showing attitude or disrespecting. If they asked what are you doing, you should've just said you're walking.


Like I said before, if they ask for ID give it to them. You don't have to stop smoking or even sweat it, you're in your legal right to smoke cigarettes.


Anyway, they gonna probably try to get you for resisting arrest.. Thing is they have to let you know what you're being arrested for. If they took you in they should've gave you a breathalyzer at the jail, and if you didn't test positive then they would've looked dumb.

And I'm not even sure if under age drinking is even a major crime. Selling to a minor should be worse
