The point here is that there were promised not kept, and agreed upon solutions to problems (caused by Trump) that have been kicked to down the road...and now that the road is within eyeshot of ending, something needed to be done before there is a point of no return. This DACA shyt didn't come out of nowhere...we knew it was ending in March a full year ago.

And they used Budget reconciliation for the tax cuts and you can only use it once per fiscal year

Edit: Based on rule XXII it takes 67 votes to change/remove the rule. However Rule V allows for suspending of rules. In theory, they could suspend rule XXII using rule V then make changes to it. I'm not sure how that actually plays out though.

the flint issue is 2014. if you're talking about statewide water issues then those are no different than a bunch of other states like new jersey, etc. it's not the same thing that led to bottle waters being trucked into flint or the local GM plant deciding they can't even clean car parts with the water anymore. the water damaging children's brains, etc was a result of switching water sources in 2014.Where in my post did I say that?

Negroes talking about how bad DACA is for black workers tend to be like cacs who do the same thing: They weren't taking your jobs because you're broke and have no education. They're going to school, getting degrees, and taking jobs that you don't have the skills, education, or patience to do.
To me, the future of this country depends on stealing/attracting as many brilliant people from other countries as we possibly can. These cacs who are anti-DACA are the human trash who are underqualified to scan cheap goods at a Family Dollar. Don't be like them, brehs. Please.
