Jay Gruden will be fired after week 8

Nah that wouldn't have made a difference. His ego was way out of hand and he was believing his own hype. His rookie year was dope but he was always at odds with Shanny. That overrated prick never wanted him to begin with though. Its a total shyt show down in DC. All involved are accountable. If only he listened to Donovan.
this HAS to be his goal. He's been sabotaging the qb since he got there and talking out his ass at every opportunity. @Monoblock yep. He's beefed with every qb he's had since 1999. Sabotaged each and every one of them and then blamed them afterwards.Jay Gruden will be fired after week 8![]()

im not saying McNabb hasnt, im just not sure its universal like you are claiming.Dude I posted that McNair mentored VY. Who cares if VY disagreed. Jason Campbell avoided the question but Mcnabb was his mentor.
Mcnabb even made sure to call Campbell during the Washington trade talks to let him know that the Eagles were going to send him to Washington. He wanted Campbell to be the first to know stating there are so few black QBs in the league that it would be wrong not to let him now.
Mcnabb was Vicks mentor. He met Vick when he was in high school to try to get him at Syracuse. He was a mentor to Jamarcus Russell and worked with him one offseason. He also mentored Nate Davis and a few other Kats.
Dude was always looked at as a mentor during his time in the league. Do you remember the game when the Eagles beat the bears and Mcnabb at mid field was giving Cutler a pep talk about keeping his head up and don't let the media get to him?
nah, DC media loves black people and were all in on RG3 until that preseason campaign to get back on the field.I assumed it was because a Shanny hatchet job piled on with a Gruden hatchet job, but do DC folks/media have an issue with black people in general? He's playing terribly and they're not even acknowledging it.

So RG3 trusted a no football knowing owner over the coach that took his ass to the playoffs? Sounds like Shanahan deserved to be saltyThe team owner did not like Shanahan....from what i understand Shanahan was getting salty because the team owner and RG3 were close..... he said RG3 and the owner would have private meetings and talk about how he is a pocket passer. and Shanahan said RG3 came up to him one day talking about how the O needs to change from spread to a pocket pass O so he would not get injured.... Shanahan a fukkboi he sounded mad salty

Mcnabb always was under attack but he had allies in the media that he worked with who would try to push back some of the negative press such as Michael Wilborn and others.
You see how Mcnabb was able to fight shanahan and his son in the media when he was in DC. Mcnabb had a lot of connections so much so that shanahan was like see Mcnabb is smart he has folks doing his dirty work.
To be a black QB is like being a politician. You will be attacked from all angles and need protection from fans, ownership and the media.

Since it's a lot of Skins fans in here...
Brehs, I moved to Charlotte and I'm having a terrible time fighting the urge to bandwagon jump. Got Cam over here putting up unprecedented levels of black excellence and the whole city riding for him. Meanwhile, skins gonna skin. I don't know how long I can hold up
