Some people underestimate how your diet affects your mood and the choices you make. Eating all that bullshyt throws off your gut health which affects your mental. There's a gut-brain connection that needs to be taught more in our communities.

He should have never been a drug addict that assaulted people in the first place. I'm sorry but fukk him... He contributed to ruining the lives of thousands of young black men by promoting drug use, bragging about actually killing someone, promoting the sale of drugs, and the disrespect of women. He saved his own life but ruined countless others with his actions for over a decade.

Good for him I guess, I personally dont know how he sleeps at night.
