China has 1.4 BILLION people, they have less murders per year than we do, with nearly 5 times our population.

Nobody was killed in that stabbing spree either, yet some skinny fakkit was able to kill nearly 30 people today because his mom had a legally registered gun which he had easy access to. There will be another shooting spree in the US where 5-10 people lose their lives long before there's another 20+ stabbing spree in China

The numbers going down is a start, people will always kill each other, the thing is guns make it so much easier. The amount of guns in this country, and the amount of clearly disturbed people is the problem, you have a lot of sick individuals who can get a gun like it's nothing. You don't think there's crazy ass people in the UK, they just can't get their hands on a glock as easily.

People are actually very hard to kill when guns aren't involved, that Chinese man stabbed 22 people and not one of them died while this piece of shyt ended nearly 30 lives like it was nothing. And had he taken that .223 Bushmaster he had, he could have killed even more and held off the cops. It's only a matter of time before someone goes on a mass shooting with a Bushmaster that has been converted to fully automatic.

I totally agree. We do need better gun control, but banning guns is shortsighted. I'll be honest, I don't own a gun, but I do go to the gun range from time to time and I think it's fun. The possibility of making that illegal because of this crazy mother fukker is stupid. So the majority of people dont go on shooting sprees, but because there is a small percentage of people that will, we have to ban guns? That just doesn't make any sense to me. I mean this dude could have very easily just ran over a bunch of kids with his car.

You are not allowed to own a handgun in NYC and it's a mandatory 1 year if you're caught with one. Do criminals still have them, of course, but is it much more difficult for somebody to get one that shouldn't have one, yes.

I'm sorry but I'm all for the greater good, if me losing some small enjoyment from a hobby means 20 kids don't get mowed down then I'd just have to do without the shooting range. You keep coming up with situations, please point out to me a crazy person in the UK going on a killing spree with his car simply because he couldn't get a gun.
