I have two guns

The U.S. does pass a law to ban guns. Law Abiding Citizens are handing in their guns & cops are picking up guns off the streets...
Less then a week after the Gun Ban there's still drive by shootings & innocent bystanders getting killed. A couple months go by & let's say there is another mass killing at a High School...
I think people would be in outrage & not feel safe & want their guns back to protect themselves...

no, the drop in violent crime was more a result of the increase of police presence and many other factors not related to gun laws.

The day guns are banned is the day the American people are fukked. Guns put the people, government, and criminals on the same level.
If guns get banned the only people that are going to be fukked are the people themselves. The government and criminals will still stay strapped.

I have .380 Cal and whole bunch of magazines that was given to me by my dirtbag Army father a couple years back. I've never used it. It's just sitting in my drawer.

Guns shouldnt' be banned.
But if you get caught with a gun without a license, you should automatically receive a 20 year sentence and an extra 5 years for every loaded bullets.
Licensing should also be stricter.
People should have to take a written test on gun safety and the laws of their state regarding guns.
If you have a gun license and somebody else gets caught with your gun and you didn't report it within 24 hours, you should be fined and given an automatic 5 year jail sentence.
If you have a gun license and somebody gets hurt in your house (child, etc.) because of that gun.. even if they harmed themselves accidently, you should be charged with murder/ attempt/ assault because you brought the weapon into the house

It's the truth. Anyone can have a gun. It's the idiot with bad intentions who will do something stupid with it.
I've never pulled out my gun to act hard or to be a thug. Only time I e ever used it is to fire at the range and to clean it.
