No. Chicken breasts have some of the worst nutrient profiles of any food. I use to be a big chicken eater cause I liked the taste. But I don't eat it anymore. My main protein sources are now beef, salmon, eggs, and chickpeas. Those other protein sources are much higher in essentially vitamins and minerals than chicken.

You gotta eat foods based on the micro-nutrient profiles not their macro-nutrient profiles.

You gotta stop listening to advice from steroid pumping body-builders. They don't care about their overall health given the fact they use steroids. If you actually wanna live a long and healthy life, then you have to eat the yolk. That is where all the essential vitamins and minerals are located.
