You obviously don't work in corporate bruh. The only thing that matters is profit. Managers don't care if you come to work naked and stanking. As long as you are bringing profit to the company and not bothering them they can give a fukk. This shyt is about money and the more you can make for your boss/ the least amount of headache wins.

Its not how it is! I work for one of the biggest engineering firms in the confederacy. These cacs don't give a fukk what you do because they set your salary. They know that your seeds will never share a classroom with theirs. They know that your salary will never be enough to afford a home in their community. If you are talented they will put there bias to the left because they have light bills to pay too.

i actually know a few people that just graduated from hampton this spring :meh: wonder how they feel about it 
... but ultimately i feel this is some bullshyt. i mean yeah you helpin put these kids in a position to make somethin outta themselves and their life but until they reach that point, what they do with their hair should be solely up to them. its no way a hairstyle (dreads, braids or otherwise) is gonna affect their performance 
this is a hinders way more than it benefits. if at all.
