I can say Boosie, Webbie and the whole Trill Fam.
Boosie before prison was dropping a bunch of dope shyt. After prison, he only dropped like two or three albums/mixtapes worth listening to and it's been downhill from there.
Webbie was dope as hell and even dropped a mixtape with Lil Phat. It seems like after Phat died, he just fell completely back on the rap.
Hell just Phat dying put a final nail in the coffin for Trill Entertainment. And it doesn't help the fact that Mouse is no longer at Trill Ent either.

Seeing what happened to Canibus in real time was amazing. Dude came outta nowhere and was running the underground with the freestyles and features. He was on all the mixtapes. Everybody just knew him and DMX had next. He even got into it with a legend and held his own. He was on his way to being one of the goats before he even dropped an album. But then the album dropped and that nikka has been a footnote ever since
