2) my moms walked me to school in the morning through Jackie Robinson park on Edgecombe ave and we watched a guy shoot another guy in the face several times....that was the last time we dared to walk through that side of the park...I was only 8 but realized what time it was from that day forth....

Central Harlem looks very nice now.


East Harlem still looks rough though and has a lot of drug addicts roaming around
