A lot of you are running with the cac hipster narrative. I know 13 didn't make noise among them, and most of alcs 25 projects in the last few years did, but 13 was as good production wise as any of those Alc projects.

13 had REAL BANGERS with drums, and songs that sounded different.

The Kush and 13 Reloaded were dope production wise too. Havoc killed the Blood Money album also.

I thought 13 was better than Albert Einstein

The Kush .
\

Kush was weak. Such a dissapointment for such a hyped up album. Dude named his album Kush and jacked Dr Dres album cover and named the album after the best weed so I'm thinking im gonna hear beats that are Hell On Earth new millinium style, I'm sorry but Havoc saw what Kanye and ALc did in 2004....They gave the streets real heat...He had a 4 year headstart and gave the streets flat soda. Prodigy had just dropped return of the mac and that was slept on heat...There's no way you can tell me you were impressed by those cheap sounding beats....It didnt sound like the work of a vetern....

LOL. Hell no.

Alc has 5 dope ass beats MAX. Just because you flood the market with half ass drumless abstract goofy shyt doesn't mean you're approaching GOAT status.

Everyone knows Havoc fell the fukk off a decade ago. But how many GOAT beats does Havoc have?

I mean after Murda Muzik i dont know what happened to havs production, he went from regular stone cold classics to mediocre beats real quick ... i dont think ive heard many hav beats that had me :blessed: in the last 10 years

where as Alchemist has flooded the game with classics even to this day, I mean when did hav last produce something on the same level as Terry :feedme:
:salute:

Havoc is a musical genius. Period. ALC is amazing, there's no doubt. He has my head nodding for years. But Hav is special he doesn't get the true credit he deserves. When he produces he just makes magic:

i dunno about that though.

On Murda muzik, Infamy, Blood Money...Alc's beats werent better than Hav's or close to it IMO.

Only one he got him on was the Murda Mixtape/Amerkaz Nightmare. Alc's work ethic/network >>>> though

alchemist saved amerikas nightmare, i hated that album but win or lose is a beautiful track man real talk

Alchemist hasn't surpassed Havoc because his best isn't better than Havoc's classics. But he is better now easily.
That's kinda where I'm at with it.

Havoc's best was 95-1999, and his highs are higher than Alc's highs. Alc has easily been better ~2000 - present day, and has better range. Arguments can be made that due to longevity, Alc is better.

Alc does not have a beat better than Shook Ones Part II or Eye for an Eye, for example. You can argue that Keep it Thoro is alc's "Shook Ones" but Shook Ones still clears. Meanwhile for someone like Preemo or RZA, it can def be argued that NYSOM or CREAM is equal or better than Shook Ones.
