He hasn't. Luck isn't the best QB in his own class.
No shade either because he is a really good QB and the Colts have been a disaster which has caused his injuries, but he was hyped up as the next all-time NFL QB. He hasn't gotten close to that.
And the last three years, Russ has been one of the three best QBs in the NFL with a team that would win four or five games without him.

Luck is a pretty private person. Colts organization on the other hand doesn't know how to disclose injuries to the public without causing mass hysteria. I'm more disappointed with that, they still haven't learned from 2011.
Cam’s career passer completion percentage is 1 percentage less than Lucks, but you said Cam is inaccurate. Luck has better skill position players around him than Cam has ( minus the o line). Luck’s completion percentage should theoretically be much higher than it is correct?

Accuracy is more than a %. Luck throws more and in the past had no run gm and no oline. So he's throwing under pressure, while getting hit vs Nickel and dime coverages.
If he doesn't play much this year the Colts better look into drafting a QB in the next draft unless Brissett gets another look
