I'm currently looking online and have found some good candidates. I currently work at a small bank but people appear to be leaving and I suspect we're going out of business soon. My boss, the owner, won't answer his calls and I haven't seen him in weeks. Senior employees seem disgruntled and aloof too. However I've been working here for some time now and need the reference to cover up for the time I've been in school. Thus I'm exploring all options. Anyone have any experience using fake job references?
