Have you ever tried traveling yourself?
My aunt and my cousin who are both black (I know you like to steretype) travel outside of the US all of the time and she is just some teacher in LA.

with proper planning and bargain hunting, you can get a decent vacation for cheap
I hear people say this, but its the spending and emergency money that kills me, never know if I have too much or too little
I've been to Russia.
Had no problems, just don't take the trains at night, be cautious of your surroundings

Travelling is not that expensive.
Depends where you go, what season and where you are flying out of.
If your not picky you can always get great. Deals.
I went to Cuba last year paid 700 for a four star hotel all inclusive.
You can stay at a air bnb in many places buy your own food. Get a connecting flight etc to save cost.

Dog, being an African-American is great overseas man. We orginate a lot of the stuff they idiolize.... but the fact you want to go to those to places troubles me. North Korea = No p*ssy. Israel seems to have a bad reputation. Save yourself the hassle and go to Croatia and shyt.

once you get over the hump of buying the plane ticket and a place to stay; you're pretty much set. i stayed in hawaii for about 10 days for ~3k, even flew first class on the way back. the largest expense was the hotel, which was like 200 a night. now w/sites like craigslist out here, i can find cheaper spots that are more homely.
example: http://honolulu.craigslist.org/oah/vac/4270097231.html only 50 a day, could probably talk him down to 40 if i stayed the entire month. that's only around 1200-1500 bucks for an entire month out there.
