Yes, had to understand the philosophy and science behind movement

Every back is probably different though, so you gotta adapt to your own bundle of bones and muscles
What was wrong with ur back… I have some low back pain that develops as the day goes… doc’s say it’s muscle strain but idk, thinking it’s bulging or herniated

Ive had back problems in the past year.

Stretching and exercising your back makes a whole lot of difference. Make sure whatever you dit on at home is comfortable. I flip my couch cushions often , hell get new ones if they are too soft.

Back extensions at the gym help too.

Yup, chronic mid back pain due to years of bad posture
it was hard to sit on a chair or sleep on a mattress
I'd wake up in excruciating pain every day, had to immediately pop two 500mg naproxen prescription

doctor sent me to physical therapy where I learned some key exercises to build strength in that area and how to use foam roller.

foam roller >>>>>>

when ever I am feeling stress in that area, I get that foam roller out and start doing it to release the tension.
it's also important to get up as many times as possible and move around if your work is mostly sedentary.
