Stretching... And not that bullshyt u do before you play a pick up game.
I mean devote your life to stretching on some yoga shyt.
Take your time with it ..
Get in tune with yo shakras and shyt. Lol

Lose weight. Take good, regular shyts.
Do core exercises.

:ufdup:Strengthen/stretch your core, glutes, and hamstrings. If your gym has a Reverse Hyper used that and some dead hangs.
